REIKI (pronounced Ray - Kee) is an ancient Japanese word put together from two words meaning Universal and Energy. Reiki, a process of channelling universal energy, was devised in Japan in the Usui form over 100 years ago but it can be traced back to ancient times. It is a process of channelling energy to another to bring Healing, Health, Harmony. I offer Reiki and much more.

Since being a small child I have seen and heard energy and spirit. I have been through many traumatic life experiences and using my natural abilities have learned and grown wise from them. I have developed a way of using these abilities and energies to help others. My aim is to help bring well being, health, balance and peace of mind with my holistic approach. I have been very successful in helping heal people & helping them to bring about positive life changes. I specialise in healing emotional issues, emotional and spiritual development, emotional clearing but also work with addictions, weight, stress, physical conditions and illnesses. I believe all issues and conditions are emotional, usually if an emotional issue is not dealt with in life it will manifest in a physical way, so all issues and conditions, emotional and physical, however they show themselves can be healed. Life's difficult times and traumas can be healed. You can be healed.

In our time together I will find the right combination of my unique healing therapies to suit you, such as Reiki Healing, Energy Healing, Spiritual Healing, Aura Cleansing, Chakra Balancing, Karmic Healing, Counselling, Coaching, Emotional clearing, etc. I will tailor the healing session to meet your individual needs.

I offer three Healing Session options

60 mins (1 hour)
90 mins (1.5 hours)
120 mins (2 hours)

You may like just Healing & Energy work in the 60 mins session.

You may wish to benefit from the Talking, Counselling, Coaching & the Emotional Clearing process, along with the full Healing in the 90 mins session.

If you really wish to go deep, release the blocks & immerse yourself in Healing, there is the special 2 hour in-depth Healing session.

A typical session is usually made up of some talk time to begin with where, if you choose, you can share any issues. With this you can make realisations and together we give you a way forward. This also makes the issues and the energy of them conscious and present. Then we will have the Healing therapy time, which clears the energy of those imbalances and brings clarity, health, happiness, harmony, unveiling of the true self and Healing by removing the imbalanced or negative energy and putting positive clear energy there in it's place. This is a truly holistic approach. This is Healing. Reiki and much more.
